FreeBSD 的 pkg lock

如果管 server 的人，跟在 server 上面放程式的人是不同人，那難免因為更新的問題吵架，為了避免傷害，有時候例如要把 PHP 維持在指定的版本，這時候 pkg lock 就要用到了。

這樣下次用 pkg upgrade 的時候，就可以避免全部變新版本了。
